By accessing or using The Steam Pod platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Digital products are delivered instantly via download link after purchase confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Course enrollments can be refunded within 7 days if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
